Hatha Yoga

Le yoga traditionel, posturale (asanas), moins dynamique que les autres types de yoga. On s’y concentre sur alignement et respiration. Il est parfait pour débuter et apprendre les bases solides.

Is the traditional approach of yoga, simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures (asanas). Less dynamic than other kinds of yoga, demends conscieuse understanding of the posture and its alingment. Focus on the posture allows acquire the good bases, it is perfect for the begginers.

Vinyasa Flow 

Une pratique dynamique qui lie les postures le plus fluide possible, presque comme une chorégraphie. Elle demande plus de force et aide de gagner en endurance. Chaque cours est différent et s’adapte aux besoin de tout le monde.

Dynamic, links all of the postures in fluent motion, the movement are coordinated with a  breath to flow from one pose to the next. It requires more strenght than hatha and it is bulding up your endurance. There will be a lot of variations on Flow such a Detox Flow, Genlte Flow ect...

Back Pain and Good Posture
Un cours spécifique créé par une musicienne pour les musiciens (et toutes les résonnes souffrants de maux de dos). On travaille sur la mobilité de la colonne pour relâcher les tensions et on y apprend les nouveaux habitudes pour améliorer notre posture.

Special classes made by musicien for the musiciens (and all the people struggeling with back pain). Gentle opening of the chest, release of muscle pain in upper and lower back. Learning of good habits that will help with good posture.

Yoga Nidra

Est un état de conscience entre le sommeil et éveil. On le pratique allongé, c’est une relaxation guidée. Cette pratique aide à réduire les tensions, anxiété et insomnie

Is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping stage. The body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. In yoga nidra the practitioner remains in a state of light pratyahara with four of his or her senses internalised, that is, withdrawn, and only the hearing still connects to the instructions.

Yoga nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.

The practice of yoga relaxation has been found to reduce tension, anxiety and insomnia.
